What to Serve?
You know your guests best
But we can assist with offering our expertise and applying our formulaic process we've developed over our many years in the business.
Wine
Take half your guests (50) multiply by the number of hours of your event (7) = the number of drinks you will need

Formula:
50 x 7 = 350 drinks for 100 guests in 7 hours
Each 750mL bottle of wine has 5 servings so –
350/5 = 70 bottles of wine for 100 people for 7 hours
Champagne Toast
Take all of your guests divided by the number of servings in a bottle

Formula:
(2 oz pour for small glasses = 12 servings per bottle)
(4 oz pour for flutes = 6 servings per bottle)
100 guests/12 = 9 bottles of champagne for a toast
100 guests/6 = 17 bottles of champagne for a toast
Liquor & Spirits
Take a quarter of your guests (25) multiply by the number of hours of your event (7) = the number of drinks you will need
Formula:
25 x 7 = 175 drinks for 100 guests in 7 hours
Each 750mL bottle of liquor has 12 servings so - 175/12 = 14.58, so 15 bottles of liquor for 100 people for 7 hours
