Patron Reposado
Patron Reposado is aged in oak barrels for an average of six months. It is aged and blended to incorporate the fresh clean taste of Patron Silver with a hint of the oak flavor found in Patron Anejo. Patron Reposado is excellent as a sipping tequila or as a key ingredient in a favorite cocktail. It makes an excellent ultra premium margarita.
Balvenie 21 Yr Old Single Malt Scotch Whiskey
Rich and honeyed with great depth. Amber color. A welcomed addition to the Balvenie line. It expresses the distillery's signature richness and honey notes. The extra aging provides depth and dryness which dovetails nicely with port notes, turning nutty and dry on the finish. Very sophisticated.
Lagavulin 16 Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Plymouth Gin

10 Cane Rum
After growing their own sugar cane in the fields of sunny Trinidad, they set up shop using imported Charentaise pot stills and Limousin oak barrels to age the rum. Only pure sugar cane juice is used for this rum - not leftover molasses like with other brands. The cane juice undergoes a long six-day fermentation and double distillation to create its potent but smooth taste.
Baker's Bourbon
(107 Proof) Aged 7 years. Elegant and well balanced on the palate, with a clean finish that follows round smooth flavours of vanilla and caramel.
Blanton Bourbon
The bottle and history alone are enough to get us interested in the bourbon but wait until you lift the cork stopper. The color is wonderful deep amber. On the nose this bourbon gives strong hints of toffee/caramel. Sampled neat it is true to traditional bourbon with solid caramel, toffee and, I think, a hint of vanilla.
Sauza Tequila Tres Generaciones Anejo
This Anejo (aged) tequila is considered the crowning achievement of the Sauza family distillery. Its delicate natural, amber hue comes from more than three years aging in once-used bourbon barrels. The richness of 100% estate-grown blue agave is iknmparted with the subtle flavors of the hand-charred oak over its long resting period, giving it a smoky, smooth finish like no other.

A blend of 50 different whiskys that are then brought together to age in old cognac casks made from French oak.
