BELVEDERE CYTRUS RECIPES
Belvedere Cytrus Blackberry Collins
Muddle 2 blackberries in a mixing glass, add
2 oz. Belvedere Cytrus, 1 oz. Marie Brizard Blackberry,
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
and 1/2 oz. simple syrup. Shake. Strain over fresh ice
into a Collins glass. Top with a splash of soda.
Garnish with two blackberries.
Belvedere Cytrus Chilled Shot
Serve chilled Belvedere Cytrus in a shot glass.
Allow some cloudiness to disappear before enjoying.
Belvedere Cytrus Cocktail
Serve Belvedere Cytrus on the rocks in a low ball glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Belvedere Cytrus Cosmopolitan
Mix 2 oz. Belvedere Cytrus, 1 oz. Grand Marnier,
1/4 oz. fresh lime juice and 3/4 oz. white cranberry
juice. Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
Belvedere Cytrus Diablo
Mix 1-1/2 oz. Belvedere Cytrus, 1-1/2 oz. pressed
apple juice and the fresh squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon.
Add a dash of cinnamon and clove syrup to taste.
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass with a lemon twist
or a slice of apple. Can also be strained over fresh ice
in a highball with a ginger beer top.
Belvedere Cytrus Ginger-Mint Lemonade
Muddle ginger and mint in a mixing glass.
Add 2 oz. Belvedere Cytrus, 3/4 oz. mint-infused
simple syrup and 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice.
Shake with ice, strain over ice in a Collins glass.
Top with a splash of soda. Garnish with a
sprig of mint.
Belvedere Cytrus Italian Lemonade
In an ice filled mixing glass, pour 1-1/2 oz.
Belvedere Cytrus, 3/4 oz. Campari, 1 oz. fresh lemon
juice and 1 oz. simple syrup. Shake until well blended.
Prepare a 14-oz. goblet by filling with ice and placing
two lemon wheels inside the glass so they appear to be
floating against the sides of the glass. Strain drink into
goblet while spritzing with cold soda water or 7-UP.
Belvedere Cytrus Key Lime Gimlet
Mix 3 oz. Belvedere Cytrus, 3/4 oz. key lime juice
and 3/4 oz. simple syrup. Shake with ice in a martini
shaker, strain into a martini glass. Garnish with
a lime wheel.
Belvedere Cytrus Lemon Drop
Muddle ginger and mint in a mixing glass.
Add 2 oz. Belvedere Cytrus, 3/4 oz. mint-infused
simple syrup and 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice.
Shake with ice, strain over ice in a Collins glass.
Top with a splash of soda. Garnish with a
sprig of mint.
Belvedere Cytrus Lychee Martini
In a martini shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz.
Belvedere Cytrus, 1 oz. Lychee Syrup and 2 oz.
Hakutsuru Junmai Sake. Shake until well blended
then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish
with 2 speared lychees.
Belvedere Cytrus Martini
Shake Belvedere Cytrus with ice in a martini shaker.
Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with
a lemon twist.
Belvedere Cytrus Na Zdrowie!
Serve 1-1/2 oz. frozen Belvedere Cytrus in a frozen
shot glass with 1 paper-thin wheel of lemon, half
dipped in ground espresso, half in superfine sugar.
Eat the lemon wheel and shoot the Cytrus.
Na zdrowie!
Belvedere Cytrus Orange Blossom Pom Pom
Mix 1-1/2 oz. Belvedere Cytrus, 1/4 oz. Campari
and 1 oz. grapefruit juice. Add a dash of pomegranate
syrup to taste. Shake and strain over fresh ice in
an Old Fashioned glass with a lemon spiral.
Belvedere Cytrus Smash
Muddle 3 fresh blackberries, the juice of
1/2 lemon, 8-10 mint leaves and 1 oz. simple syrup in
a 12-oz. Highball glass. Fill with crushed ice, add 2 oz.
Belvedere Cytrus and stir to combine. Add more
crushed ice and continue to stir until outside of
the glass begins to frost, add more crushed ice as needed.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
Belvedere Cytrus Spritz
Pour 2 oz. of Belvedere Cytrus into a Collins glass
with ice. Top-off with Pellegrino water. Garnish with
a lemon twist.
Belvedere Cytrus Twist
Mix 2 oz. Belvedere Cytrus, 1/4 oz. Limonche Limoncello,
1/2 oz. simple syrup and 1 oz. fresh lemon juice. Shake
with ice in a martini shaker, strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a floating lemon wheel.
Belvedere Cytrus Very Sexy
In a martini shaker filled with ice, add 1-1/2 oz.
Belvedere Cytrus, 1/2 oz. Massenez Créme de Cassis
and 1-1/2 oz. fresh sour mix. Shake until well
blended then strain into a chilled martini glass
with marinated wild berries, top with Moët White
Star Champagne. (Marinate wild raspberries and
blackberries for 6 hours in superfine sugar and
cordial such as Grand Marnier or Citronge.)
Belvedere Cytrus Zig Zag
In a mixing glass filled with ice, add 1-1/2 oz.
Belvedere Cytrus, 3 oz. fresh watermelon juice and
1-1/2 oz. fresh sour mix. Shake until well blended
then strain into an ice-filled 12 oz. tumbler.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
